Batskin Girl's Digital Diary (the "Site") and its portals — including the Surgery Companion Portal and the Peptide Portal (collectively, the "Services") — are operated by Batskin Girl LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Services are for education and information only. Nothing on the Site is medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, a recommendation to use any specific medication or peptide, or a substitute for care from a licensed medical provider. We are not doctors. Content about peptides, GLP-1 medications, reconstitution, dosing, injection technique, symptoms, plateaus, water, protein, BMI, cosmetic surgery, recovery, or any related topic is presented as one person's research and lived experience.
Consult a licensed physician before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, supplement, peptide, exercise regimen, or diet. If you experience symptoms marked as red flags in our content, call your doctor or 911 immediately. Do not rely on any information here in place of professional medical care.
All portals are digital products delivered instantly. All sales are final. No refunds. No exceptions. By completing checkout you agree you have read the description, understand the Service is educational, and waive any right to a refund.
No chargebacks. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, we will (a) provide the payment processor with your signed contract, IP address, timestamp, and access logs; (b) immediately revoke your portal access; (c) permanently ban your account; and (d) disqualify you from any current or future affiliate program we offer. You agree these consequences are reasonable and expected.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any Service. By purchasing you represent that you are 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
You use the Services entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless Batskin Girl LLC, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities — including medical, physical, emotional, or financial — arising from or related to your use of the Site, the Services, any product you choose to purchase or use, or any decision you make based on the content.
We do not sell, distribute, or supply any drug, peptide, or controlled substance. Any purchase of a physical product is a separate transaction between you and the third-party seller and is governed by their terms.
Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click and buy, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend things we personally use or would use. Commissions never influence our medical or safety guidance.
Reviews you submit through the Site may be published on the Site and used in marketing (with your first name and last initial only). We moderate reviews before publication. By submitting a review you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for these purposes. Individual results vary. Testimonials are not typical outcomes.
Portal access is locked to the account that purchased it. You may not share, sell, resell, or transfer your access. Sharing your login, screen-recording gated content for public distribution, or scraping the Site voids your access without refund.
We collect only what we need to run the Site: your email, password hash, purchase history, and portal activity (weigh-ins, logs, symptoms) that you choose to enter. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing us. Some information may be retained for legal, tax, and fraud prevention purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or medical costs.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You waive any right to a class action or jury trial.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
